Frequently Asked Questions

Postage

We offer the following postage rates: Standard post $9.95 per order within Australia. Express Post $15.00 per order with Australia. 

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for orders over $75. 

For International postage please email us at happyhollydesigns@outlook.com for a quote.

We aim to get your products posted to you as soon as we can, however please allow 3-5 days for us to send your item.  For Custom Orders please allow an additional 5 days for us to make your items.  We will contact you if we require more time to make your creations.

Happy Holly Designs will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Australia Post. 

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to offer refund or exchange on our products.

If an item is faulty we will issue a replacement or refund. 

Imperfections

Please note that all of our products are handmade by Holly (12 years old). This means there may be some slight imperfections -  we like to call them Imperfectly Perfect!
